Please join the Tennessee Titans Foundation and its ongoing efforts to better serve our local communities throughout Tennessee. The Titans Foundation has committed millions of dollars to supporting Tennessee communities and now you can join us with every step you take during the annual Titans 5K at Nissan Stadium.

Again this year, you can join us in that ongoing mission, plus run the race for FREE*! You will also get cool and exclusive Titans items when you fundraise the following amounts for the Tennessee Titans Foundation.

Titans Foundation Individual Fundraising Levels:

$250 Pro Bowl Level:

• You run the Titans 5K for FREE*
• Game ticket to see Titans vs Texans on December 17, 2023 or Titans vs Seahawks on December 24, 2023 at Nissan Stadium (included with your registration)
• Special Titans 5K commemorative medal 

$500 All Pro Level (all Pro Bowl Level items PLUS):

• A limited edition Titans 5K 12" Logo State Sign to display in your fan cave
• Two complimentary beverages of your choice (beers, sodas, or waters) at the Titans 5K Post Race Tailgate Party and Awards Ceremony
• Exclusive Private Locker Room Tour at Nissan Stadium after the race to take your photo

$1,000 Hall of Fame Level (all Pro Bowl Level and All Pro Level items PLUS):

• Your name on the giant video scoreboards during the Titans vs Texans on December 17, 2023 or Titans vs Seahawks game on December 24, 2023 at Nissan Stadium 
• 24-inch personalized Titans 5K wooden display with your name on it to commemorative your achievement 

*Refund for registration entry fee, less associated processing fees or other products/services purchased will be issued on or by August 31, 2023.  This refund will be issued to the credit card used to pay for race entry. Prizes are available only to individual fundraisers. Any individual who reaches one of the above levels, that is also a member of a team, is eligible for the award at the corresponding level, not the team. Team fundraising or fundraising goals are not applicable to the above levels.

FIRST PLACE

• Four lower bowl tickets to see the Titans vs Falcons on October 29, 2023 at Nissan Stadium 
• Four VIP pre-game field passes to go on the field during player warmups prior to kickoff for the Titans vs Falcons game on October 29, 2023 at Nissan Stadium
• Personalized Titans game jersey for you to wear to the game from the Titans Pro Shop!
• Honorary Titans game ball personalized with your name on it to proudly display in your fan cave! 

SECOND PLACE

• $500 gift card and shopping spree at the Titans Pro Shop that can be redeemed online or in store at Nissan Stadium
